You are probably getting that a lot, but your style is really inspiring, but the fact that you also show your own sketches and studies is even more so. Gives me a lot of motivation to practice whenever I have time.

Any chance that you could show us how you approach a study? Your studies seem more fluid than a lot of others. I'd really like to see how you construct these :)

I know where your comin' from, but me, personally, it's super toxic to think about ourselves compared to others. I'm nothing compared to this. But we are all diff. You are exactly where -you- need to be. <3 Aside from school...there's no real set time frame that you have to reach in order to 'make it' or 'be amazing'  We can all work at our own pace! <3
Besides...just looking at your stuff....jeeze...wtf...you are flippin' amazing as well! I'd kill for your skill as well xD Gosh....

I actually totally agree with it being super toxic...and yet I still find myself doing it anyway. Like, you say my stuff is "flippin' amazing" (thank you, genuinely, btw), but even though I've done anatomy studies, every time I see stuff like this with proper motion proportions, all my stuff instantly seems like those 3D character limb glitches you see in the extras of CG movies.
But this "You are exactly where -you- need to be. <3"  is very encouraging, so I thank you for that again. It's all too easy to look at stuff like this (from a concept artist, at that) and think I'm doing something wrong, even when his style is so different than mine.

I do the same, so it is understandable. I have a bad habit where I stare at my stuff and point out everything that is wrong with it. Or compare it to others...or just generally end up hating it.
We are our worst/hardest critics v.v; It sucks.
