Description

A brave Rebel cuts some wires, releasing the wild animal cages. The Rebels know what the Empire doesn't: that Wampas go after Tauntauns like sharks go after seals. They use the distraction to their advantage.

There was actually a deleted scene from ESB kind of like this where you see a Wampa claw scratching at a block of ice from outside Echo Base. There was also a second deleted scene that was kind of comical where C-3PO tears off a caution sticker that was over one of the doors where they apparently closed it off due to Wampas and a few minutes later a snowtrooper opens the door and gets pulled in by a Wampa before the other guys close the door and quickly run away.
